Definitions
“KKGA” shall mean ‘KKGA Par Excellence Private Limited, a private organization in charge of overseeing and organising Expos, Meets and Seminars.
“SAMRIDDHI CONCLAVE 2025” shall mean Samriddhi Conclave 2025 – Loan and Credit Expo being organised by KKGA in New Delhi on 22-24th February 2025.
“INDIA” shall mean the Republic of India.
“DPDPA” shall mean the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023 with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data.
1.1 The entity responsible for your Personal Data is KKGA.
1.2 KKGA Par Excellence Private Limited is a Private Limited Company incorporated in New Delhi, India whose principal place of business is located at B1/10, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017, INDIA.
1.3 KKGA, Samriddhi Conclave 2025 and our affiliates and branch offices (also referred to as "we" and "us"), take our data protection and privacy responsibilities seriously. This Data Privacy and Cookie Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how we collect, process, use, disclose and transfer your Personal Data as a "data controller". A "data controller" is an entity which determines why and how it processes Personal Data it possesses. This Privacy Policy covers instances when you contact us, use our services and products or interact with our websites, such as www.samriddhiconclave.com or www.samriddhiconclave.in, and any Samriddhi Conclave 2025 mobile applications (together "Samriddhi Conclave 2025 Websites").

The Data Privacy and Cookie Policy applies to Virtual and website visitors, entry pass users, international participants, Samriddhi Conclave 2025 volunteers, media professionals, Samriddhi Conclave 2025 mobile app users and third parties. The accuracy of your data is important to us. You are required to provide us with correct and accurate information. Whenever necessary we also enable you to correct the data that you provided to us through self-service and our customer service.

Consent to Photograph or Record Electronically
11.1 The Event Attendee consents to be photographed, filmed or taped by Samriddhi Conclave 2025, its affiliates, KKGA, any media appointed by Samriddhi Conclave 2025 or the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 Staff during their visit to the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 site.
11.2 The Event Attendee consents that Samriddhi Conclave 2025 , its affiliates, its Commercial Partners, KKGA and any media appointed by Samriddhi Conclave 2025 shall have the right to broadcast, publish, license and use in any manner whatsoever any live or recorded audio, video, photographs, recordings or any publication or reproduction of the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 and associated events which contains the Event Attendee’s image, likeness, actions and statements made of, or at, the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 or associated events in any medium or context for any purpose globally without any remuneration or other form of consideration in perpetuity. Samriddhi Conclave 2025 and any third parties and anyone acquiring from Samriddhi Conclave 2025 the right to use such material are not liable to the Event Attendee in any way for its use.
11.3 Images, video and sound recordings of the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 or associated events taken by the Event Attendee with a media capture device such as a mobile phone, tablet, photo camera, video camera, audio equipment or device hereafter existing, cannot be used for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes. The Event Attendee may not sell, license, broadcast, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit such material including on social networking website and applications as well as the internet more generally or make it available to third parties for commercial purposes.
11.4 Please be advised that there are certain areas within the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 Site including within the Venues that photo, video and/or audio recording is prohibited for security reasons, for example, the security screening area, the restroom facilities and restricted access areas, certain performances etc.
11.5 Please be advised that taking photos or shooting videos of other persons in India without their consent may be considered an invasion of their privacy and may lead to prosecution. Samriddhi Conclave 2025 hereby notifies all Event Attendees that not all visitors to the Samriddhi Conclave 2025 Site and Venues, including Samriddhi Conclave 2025 Staff, wish to be photographed, videotaped, recorded or bothered in any manner and any liability incurred for doing so is the Event Attendee’s own.
12.1 If you have any questions, concerns or complaints regarding our compliance with this Privacy Policy and the data protection regulations, or if you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us. We will investigate and will attempt to resolve complaints and disputes and make every reasonable effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible, in any event, within the timescales provided by applicable data protection laws.
